Take a break dialog

I saw you can make dialogs come up in Sublime.  It'd be cool to  set it so when my flow state reaches 30 min it pops up with "Hey take a break for 5 minutes!".  I'm trying to avoid hour long streaks not good for body :/

I think this would need to be user customisable on a session basis, I often end up overriding Workrave when it prompts me to have a break.

Enforces a 25min/5min workflow: 25 minutes of distraction-free work, followed by 5 minutes of break. Repeat as necessary.

1. Click to start a 25-minute work timer, and work without distraction.
2. Click to start a 5-minute break timer, and kick back and relax.
3. Repeat until all your work is done.

Sure, best to let the user determine the alert time.
