httpclient.HttpMethodDirector - I/O exception (java.net.ConnectException) caught when processing request

I installed the Codeivate plugin for PhpStorm 7 (7.1.1 Build PS-133.679) and when I restart PhpStorm it freezes in the welcome image. In the logs it shows this:

2014-05-16 15:48:40,635 [ 133678] INFO - .httpclient.HttpMethodDirector - Retrying request

I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 and JRE 1.8.0_05-b13

Thanks for reporting this.
Does it happen every time you restart? Are you using a proxy? and would it be possible to send more of the log through?
